Refund policy

Please ensure that you check your order while the courier is at your door.
If the item is not suitable, you may return it immediately to the courier and you will only be charged the delivery fees.

Please note that refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted after the courier leaves, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.
